| Absolutely, the product has been designed so it can be used by left, or right handed golfers. |

What will happen if I accidentally hit the bristles on my Golf Improvement System? |
| The bristles will simply deflect and give you some sensory feedback to let you know that you have hit them. |

What about if somehow I manage to hit the swing arms? |
| The swing arms are made from a super toughened material, which has been vigorously tested and is extremely unlikely to break, no matter how hard you hit it. Also, the product has been designed to come apart in the event of a miss hit, like a mobile phone would if you dropped it. You simply clip it back together again. |

When I use the pre-set distance feature it doesn’t feel comfortable? |
| You will be the correct distance from the ball (+/- one inch). Whenever you make a change to your grip, or set-up it will feel awkward for a while, that is natural, don’t worry. |

Do I still need to go to my PGA Pro for lessons? |
| The Golf Improvement System is an excellent golf training aid; it can help you with many facets of your game. However, there are times when you will obviously still need a PGA Pro, for example, perhaps you lack wrist hinge, or your tempo is too quick? For Ultimate Improvement, use your Golf Improvement System and PGA Pro. |

Will the product be ok in extreme climates? |
| Yes, the product has been tested in both very hot and cold conditions. |

How quickly will I improve? |
| Well that depends how much time you put into your practice. My average round dropped by eight shots over a six month period whilst testing the prototypes. Here’s a tip.....when you’re not using your system at the driving range, leave it set up somewhere, at home, in your office, anywhere really, and each time you pass it make 30 putting strokes and 30 half swings. Your scores will come down...guaranteed! |
